The heating and cooling stages KL HS and KL HCS offer many features which are unique in the market place; such as dual heating with variable sample chamber height, large viewing aperture, and easy electrical access to the sample.
The KL HS and KL HCS can be used with almost every microscope. They can be used with up-right and inverted microscopes. The stage is placed on top of the x-y table. Its temperature ranges are from -190 °C up to +700 °C. The heating speed is from 2 to 5 Minutes for 250 °C and the temperature accuracy is between ± 0.1 °C and ± 0.5 °C (depending on type).
Additional vacuum chambers are available for up-right microscopes.
