Zoom fluorescence-microscope and macroscope
The Zoom fluorescence system can be configured in different ways. It allows using different objectives and fluorescence filters. The KL ZFL may be used as a microscope as well as a macroscope. OEMs can build the system directly into their machines without using a stand.
The zoom factor is 6:1. A fixed-mag system is available as well.
The image preview can be viewed live at the computer monitor. High sensitivity cameras are used, so that fluorescence is no problem. Color and monochrome cameras are also available. Cooled or uncooled models may be selected.
Depending on the configuration, the Field-of-View = FOV can vary from 100 mm to 20 µm. Therefore, very small objects up to petri dishes may be captured. The illumination is coaxial from the top through the objective. Halogen light sources are sufficient for intense fluorescence markers.
A Software module for cell counting is available.
